I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a very comfy bed. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was central, with a great selection of nearby restaurants. However, the constant noise from the freight rail line next door was a downside.

Upon entering the room, I noticed a not-so-pleasant scent, probably due to the older air-con filters. However, the balcony offered a lovely view of Tauranga City, and the room had a large shower and spa bath. Being on a high floor slightly obstructed the view, but overall, it was still enjoyable.

The hotel offers fantastic rooms with a huge comfy bed and great facilities, although it can be a bit noisy due to its proximity to the elevator. The service was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The location is perfect, very central and close to everything we needed, though there were sometimes long waits. The dining experience was good but could be confusing with advanced orders.
